To cancel your Investo Premium subscription, go to your iPhone’s Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Investo → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Download Investo from the App Store, create an account, then tap “Upgrade” from any premium lesson or the Profile tab. Select the monthly plan and complete the purchase.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link from Firebase Authentication. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. If you continue to have trouble, email us at sasikumark@bentonvillek12.org.
Make sure you have an active internet connection when completing lessons. Progress is saved to the cloud automatically. If you notice missing XP, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, email us with your account email and a description of the issue.
First, try tapping Profile → Restore Purchases. If that doesn’t work, sign out and back into the app with the same Apple ID used for purchase. If you’re still having issues, email us at sasikumark@bentonvillek12.org with your Apple ID email and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Since all billing is handled by Apple, refund requests must go through Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Investo purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple typically processes refund decisions within a few days.
Yes. Schools and districts can purchase institutional licenses that give all students full Premium access. Email us at sasikumark@bentonvillek12.org with your school name and estimated student count and we’ll send you pricing and onboarding details.
To permanently delete your Investo account and all associated data, email us at sasikumark@bentonvillek12.org with the subject line “Delete My Account” and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
Investo requires iOS 16.0 or later on iPhone. The app is optimized for iPhone and is not currently available on Android.
